SafliPay is a secure Safepay-based transaction system that ensures safe, trust-driven digital payments between buyers and sellers. We hold funds securely until both parties confirm the transaction is complete.
The buyer deposits funds into Safepay, the seller delivers the product/service, the buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction, and then we release the funds to the seller. This protects both parties from fraud.
SafliPay charges a small percentage fee on completed transactions. There are no setup fees or monthly charges. You only pay when you successfully complete a transaction.
Once the buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction, funds are typically released to the seller within 24 hours. Withdrawals to your bank account may take 1-3 business days depending on your bank.
If a dispute arises, our admin team will review the evidence from both parties and make a fair decision based on the transaction details, communication logs, and any supporting documentation provided.
Yes! We use bank-level encryption and security measures. Funds are held in secure Safepay accounts and are only released when transaction conditions are met. We're also insured for high-value transactions.
Yes, transactions can be cancelled if both parties agree, or if the seller hasn't accepted the Safepay yet. Once accepted, cancellation requires mutual consent or admin intervention in case of disputes.
We accept payments via Paystack, which supports bank transfers, cards, and mobile money. You can fund your SafliPay wallet using any of these methods.
Basic transactions require email verification. For higher transaction limits and withdrawals, you'll need to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification with a valid ID and bank account details.
Transaction limits depend on your verification level. Unverified accounts have lower limits, while fully verified accounts can transact larger amounts. Insurance is available for transactions over ₦50,000.
