3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Safepay Services

SafliPay acts as an Safepay agent to facilitate secure transactions:

• Funds are held securely until transaction conditions are met
• Both parties must confirm transaction completion
• Disputes are resolved by our admin team based on evidence provided
• We charge a service fee on completed transactions

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use SafliPay to:

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with the platform's operation

6. Fees and Payments

Transaction fees are clearly displayed before you confirm a transaction. Fees are non-refundable except in cases of platform error. We reserve the right to change our fee structure with 30 days notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

SafliPay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity. You may close your account at any time, subject to completing any pending transactions.
